Heavy-Duty Aluminum Window Screen Frames

We've manufactured our own aluminum window screen frame in-house since 1987. While some manufacturers use thinner aluminum profiles, we continue to manufacture our window screens using quality 0.020-inch aluminum frame designed for strength and durability.

Manufacturing our own screen frame gives us greater control over the materials and quality that go into your finished window screen.

Custom-Engineered Corner Locks

We also developed our own durable window screen corner locks. Our custom-engineered corner locks are designed to be up to four times stronger than standard industry corner locks.

UV-protection additives are incorporated into our corner locks to help them withstand years of exposure to sunlight and changing weather conditions.

Choose Your Frame, Mesh and Hardware

Every window screen is custom manufactured to the specifications you provide. Depending on your selected configuration, available options include multiple frame sizes and colors, screen mesh materials and mounting hardware.

Screen mesh choices may include standard fiberglass insect screen, No-See-Um and small-insect screen, pet-resistant screen, solar screen, improved-visibility screen, aluminum screen and other specialty materials.

This allows you to configure a custom window screen for your particular window rather than trying to make a standard-size screen fit.

How to Measure for Your Custom Window Screens

Whenever possible, measure an existing screen that properly fits your window.

Measure the outside edge to outside edge of the aluminum screen frame for both width and height.

Enter the exact dimensions you want us to manufacture. We do not add or subtract from the dimensions you order.

Our manufacturing size tolerance is approximately ±1/16 inch.

Standard manufacturing lead time: approximately 5-7 business days.

Expedited manufacturing: approximately 1–5 business days.

Because every custom window screen is manufactured specifically to the measurements and options you provide, custom-made window screens cannot be returned because of incorrect customer measurements.
