How to Measure for Replacement Window Screens

Whenever possible, measure an existing window screen that properly fits the opening.

Measure the outside edge to outside edge of the aluminum screen frame for both the width and height.

Enter the exact dimensions you want manufactured. We do not automatically add or subtract anything from the measurements you order.

Our manufacturing size tolerance is approximately ±1/16 inch.

We manufacture our own aluminum window screen frame in-house using quality 0.020-inch aluminum and use custom-engineered corner locks designed to be up to four times stronger than standard industry corner locks.
