Custom Made to Your Measurements

Your custom window screens are manufactured according to the width and height you enter when ordering. This makes them ideal for replacing missing or damaged screens, older windows, unusual window sizes and applications where standard pre-made screens simply won't fit.

Whenever possible, measure an existing screen that properly fits your window. Measure from the outside edge to outside edge of the aluminum screen frame for both width and height.

Enter the exact dimensions you want manufactured. We do not automatically add or subtract from the measurements you provide.

Heavy-Duty Aluminum Screen Frames

We've manufactured our own aluminum window screen frame in-house since 1987. Our window screens are manufactured using quality 0.020-inch aluminum frame designed to provide strength and durability.

Manufacturing our own screen frame also gives us greater control over the materials used in the finished product.

Custom-Engineered Corner Locks

We also developed our own durable window screen corner locks. Our custom-engineered corners are designed to be up to four times stronger than standard industry corner locks and include UV-protection additives to help withstand exposure to sunlight and changing weather conditions.

Not every window in your home has to be the same size. You can order different custom window screen sizes and configurations together in the same order.

Our current minimum order is 2 window screens, and the screens may be different sizes.
