Terms & Conditions


Please read over the following terms. If you agree to and meet these terms then please proceed to checkout.

  • Custom products or special orders may not be returned. For example rolls of screen less then 100 ft. in length, custom window screens, custom soffit vents, screen doors,  and in other made to order products can NOT be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned merchandise must be in like new, resalable condition.
  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned or exchanged items. 
  • Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
  • All returns that are authorized must be shipped back at the customers expense.
  • Do not attempt to return a product with out prior written approval. If product is shipped back without an approval packing slip from we cannot be liable for what happens with product and cannot issue a refund or credit.
  • Small blemishes or imperfections that do not effect primary use of product are not considered a defect.

Do not email till you speak with a representative. 
Before accepting any package inspect it for obvious and concealed damage. If the product is damaged make a note on the delivery slip that there is damage. If you accept the package and sign for it you will be responsible for collecting on all damage. Do not wait to open packages at a later time. Shipping companies rarely pay for damages if you sign for the package as in good condition. We are not responsible for damages if you sign for as received in good condition. Make all claims for damages immediately, no later than a few hours after receipt.
Please double check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. Customer will be responsible for any additional delivery fees. We DO NOT ship to PO boxes. 


I understand that insect screens will not prevent children or objects from falling out of an open window. Keep children away from open windows!
