RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


Please read over the following terms. If you agree to and meet these terms then please proceed to checkout.

  • Custom made products or special orders may NOT be returned, refunded, or exchanged. For example, rolls of screen less than 100 ft. in length, custom window screens, and custom soffit vents.
  • Returned merchandise must be in like new, resalable condition.
  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned or exchanged items. 
  • Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
  • All returns that are authorized must be shipped back at the customers expense.
  • Do not attempt to return a product without prior written approval. If product is shipped back without an approval packing slip from WindowScreensNow.com we cannot be liable for what happens with product and cannot issue a refund or credit.
  • Small blemishes or imperfections that do not effect primary use of product are not considered a defect. 
  • Any special specifications about hardware placement  (i.e. pulls tab placement or plunger spring placement ) needs to be written in the comment box at checkout or they will be placed in a standard location. Plunger springs are installed 6" from the corners on whatever measurement you choose. Requests for any changes to an order must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests made via email MUST receive written confirmation from a representative. If you do not receive a confirmation, the request has not been processed. You can also call us 888-461-6444 Monday-Friday 9:30 am -5:00pm EST.

 

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

In the unfortunate event your order arrives damaged, you MUST provide 3-5 clear photos of the shipping box the order came in, photo of shipping label, photos of any internal packing (paper, foam peanuts, etc.), and photos of the damaged window screens. These pictures are REQUIRED to be able to file a claim. You can email us at sales@windowscreensnow.com or chad@windowscreensnow.com with any reports of shipping damages. Damages must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. Do not wait to open packages at a later time, inspect your package for obvious and concealed damage.

 
Please double check your shipping address. We are NOT responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address because of a customer error. Customer will be responsible to pay any additional re-delivery fees. We DO NOT ship to PO boxes. 

Missing Product
Any missing product must be reported immediately to our office within 3 days of receiving the order by calling 888-461-6444

Cancellation Fee 
All cancellations are subject to a credit card processing fee of 3.5 %
All cancellation must be called in to office within 1 business day of submitting your order.

Canadian customers are responsible for any duties and taxes.


 

I understand that insect screens will not prevent children or objects from falling out of an open window. Keep children away from open windows!
