Shipping Information

We are about 7-14 business days out for window screen order fulfillment. Window Screen Kits and Soffit Vent orders take about 2 weeks for us to fabricate. Rest assured, our small team is working diligently to ship all orders as quickly as possible! 

Shipping is available exclusively within the contiguous United States. We DO NOT ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or to locations outside of the United States. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. 

Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx LTL (for oversized packages) and USPS. Freight prices are calculated by dimensional weight by the shipping companies and do not reflect actual weight. The larger the package, the higher the cost of shipping, regardless of actual weight. 

Damages:

In the unfortunate event your order arrives damaged, you MUST provide 3-5 clear photos of the shipping box the order came in, photo of shipping label, photos of any internal packing (paper, foam peanuts, etc.), and photos of the damaged window screens. These pictures are REQUIRED to be able to file a claim. You can email us at sales@windowscreensnow.com or chad@windowscreensnow.com with any reports of shipping damages.
