I was searching for an odd size vent and they made them for me. Pleased with product but could not get an answer by phone after several calls. They did return my call after a few hours. Guess they are just very busy.

Thank you for solving a big problem! Custom-sized soffit vents were the only way to go with the non-standard holes we have in our old home. After Hurricane Matthew took out many of the old aluminum screens stapled to the back side (unreachable) of the plywood soffit, we were afraid bats would soon find a new home in our attic. We ordered 1 and 1/2 inch larger both length and width than our openings, holes pre-drilled and the screws to make the job go smoother. We couldn't be happier.

I've been needing new soffit vents for some time now. The screen in the original ones from when the house was built in '65 had torn and I couldn't find the right size at any home improvement store. I found windowscreensnow.com with a google search and decided to give them a try. I did call to find out what size I needed to order and Chad was very helpful. I ordered 10 white frame vents with Tuff screen that were 1 1/2" larger in each dimension than the rough opening to account for the 3/4" frame. I just put them up and they look great! It was worth the extra to have the holes drilled and to buy the stainless screws. I couldn't be happier! Thank you!
