Factory direct is correct. I had a chance to stop by their facility and it was impressive, they even gave me a tour through the place and seen how the raw aluminum coil was converted into screen frame. Specialized packaging was also very nice. Nice family owned company who cares. I would highly recommend this company for your screening needs.
